Ear Care Clinic
A WordPress website for a mobile ear wax removal service that visits care homes across the UK: clear plans, clinical evidence and a free on-site assessment form.

The brief
Ear Care Clinic brings microsuction ear wax removal to care homes across the UK. Instead of taking residents to a clinic or hospital, their clinicians come to the home. The website had to speak to care home managers: explain the service simply, show it is clinically sound, make the pricing clear and get them to book a free on-site assessment.
What we built
A WordPress website built with Elementor Pro on the Hello Elementor theme, plus the graphics used across the site.
A homepage written for care home managers
The hero leads with the promise, "Bringing Expert Ear Care to Your Care Home", next to a grid of clinical photos, with three trust points underneath: DBS-checked clinicians, clinic-grade equipment and flexible plans. A "Why care homes choose us" grid then covers UK-wide mobile coverage, on-site care, short appointments and what residents, staff and families gain.
Simple, transparent pricing
Two plans sit side by side: a monthly subscription per resident for homes with ongoing needs, and a pay-as-you-go visit for occasional clinics, each with what is included.
Evidence and standards
Care homes need to know a service is safe before they book it. A dedicated Evidence page lists the guidance behind the service, from NICE, ENT UK, the British Society of Audiology, the CQC and NHS trusts, along with research on hearing loss, isolation and dementia.
Areas we cover
A coverage page lists the regions and cities served across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, written so care homes searching for mobile ear wax removal near them can find the service.
Answers and booking
An FAQ answers the questions managers ask first: safety for older adults, preparing residents, microsuction versus irrigation, clinician vetting and how quickly visits can start. The contact page offers a free, no-obligation on-site assessment through a short form, with a map.
